Regular maintenance should consist of a visual observation of your property. During this visual observation you will look for any obvious issues or signs of damage. In addition to this, you will check sealants and paint condition. It is a good practice to clean your home at least once a year. Not only will this improve the appearance of your home, but will remove dirt and debris that could potentially damage the finished product. JRE will be unveiling a new HomeLife Maintenance Program that will be a proactive approach to maintenance rather than a reactive approach. Our goal will be to minimize large expenditures from lack of maintenance. More information will be forthcoming in the first quarter of 2007.
