James River Exteriors was created in 2004 as a division of James River Stucco, Central Virginia’s leading residential EIFS contractor. Founder Mike Chaney and Vice Presidents Shane Burnette and Brian Burnette operate the family business with a hands-on approach and company standards well above those of the average contractor and home improvement company. Along with a business degree from a Virginia college, each principal also shares a commitment to high caliber work at a fair price that has won James River Exteriors and James River Stucco significant referral and repeat business.James River Exteriors provides a wide variety of superior residential and commercial finishes and applications including Hardiplank cement board siding, vinyl and insulated vinyl siding, various types of stone work, brick and concrete paver products, retaining walls, walkways, driveways, and fireplaces. Unique projects coordinated with builders, architects, and design professionals are a specialty of James River Exteriors.
