To accommodate an additional 350 upper-class students living on campus, Washington and Lee is building two groupings of townhouses and apartments that will encircle a walkable green space and mixed-use common areas.

With Kjellstrom and Lee, we designed detailed and custom cornicing which resulting in tens of thousands of dollars in savings from the original design.

This project is in progress and has a demanding schedule, but will finish on time.
